Acceptance

SendCentric is operated by Send Centric LLC ('we', 'us'). By using SendCentric you agree to these terms. If you are using SendCentric on behalf of a business or organization, you agree on its behalf.

Eligibility

SendCentric is for registered businesses and organizations. You confirm that you are authorized to act on behalf of the business you apply with.

Acceptable use

SendCentric is for messaging recipients who have consented to hear from you. We don't support healthcare, financial services, or debt collection use cases.

We also don't support carrier-prohibited content, including adult content, hate, alcohol, firearms, tobacco, or cannabis.

Your messages

You decide who receives your messages, what they say, and when they are sent, and you are responsible for them. That includes messages sent by automations and reminders you turn on: when you turn one on, its message becomes your message, whether you wrote it or used our suggested wording. You are responsible for following every law and carrier rule that applies to your messages.

Consent

You confirm that everyone you add, import, or text has given you the consent the law requires for that kind of message, and that you will keep a record of it. We may ask you for that record.

Our role

We do not review your messages before they are sent or check the consent you record. Our compliance features, such as quiet hours and opt-out handling, help you follow the rules but do not make your messages compliant.

SMS communications

By providing your phone number and agreeing to these terms, you consent to receive text messages from SendCentric. Depending on how you use SendCentric, these messages may include account and service notifications (such as application status, setup, and billing updates), customer care replies, and marketing or promotional messages about features, offers, and updates.

Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply HELP for help or email info@sendcentric.com. Reply STOP to cancel at any time; STOP, CANCEL, and UNSUBSCRIBE all opt you out.

Consent to receive marketing text messages is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services. Opting out of text messages will not affect your ability to use SendCentric. Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle your information.

Billing

Access begins after we review your request. We'll send a secure checkout link before setup. Your plan is billed monthly from the day you start, plus a one-time setup fee for carrier approval.

Carrier fees

If a carrier charges us a fee or fine because of your messages, you will pay it.

Misuse

We may review, delay, or block messages, and suspend or close your account, without notice, if we believe your use breaks the law, these terms, or carrier rules, or puts us or the carriers at risk. We may share records with carriers, regulators, and law enforcement.

Termination

You can stop using SendCentric at any time. We may suspend or end access if these terms or carrier requirements are not met.

No warranty

SendCentric is provided as is. Carriers can filter or delay messages, so we cannot guarantee delivery, timing, or carrier approval.

Limit on our liability

Our total liability is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or lost-profit damages. This limit does not apply to your obligations under 'Your messages' or the indemnity.

Indemnity

You will defend and cover Send Centric LLC against any claim, fine, penalty, or cost, including reasonable legal fees, that arises from your messages, your contacts, or your breach of these terms.

After your account ends

Your messages, Consent, Carrier fees, No warranty, Limit on our liability, and Indemnity continue to apply after your account ends.
